Carrefour has started the year with the launch of a new service that adds to its extensive portfolio. This time it has opted for a leasing service for digital products such as ‘smartphones’, tablets, laptops and even ‘smartwatches’. The firm has launched this new function together with Rentall, required in the ‘pay per use’ and ‘all inclusive’ concept.
Specifically, the firm has specified that its objective is to promote sustainability, the circular economy and offer an innovative solution adapted to the needs of today’s consumer that facilitates access to technological products for its clients.
In this way, the distribution chain allows its customers to acquire more than 330 electronic products such as smartphones, tablets, laptops or high-end “smartwatches” in a differential and personalized way at an affordable price.
Four simple steps to use the service
It is a completely digital process and without paperwork. The customer must choose the product on the ‘landing’ that Carrefour has created (https://www.carrefour.es/rentall-with-carrefour.e). Then you only have to sign up for the renting service, select the payment terms and include certain information for signing the contract and for the delivery of the product.
At the end of the established period, ‘Rentall with Carrefour’ ensures a second life for the product, promoting responsible consumption and the circular economy in line with the environmental commitment of the distribution company.
Under the motto ‘Start, enjoy, renew’ warranty extension, among others.
