The act continued with a solemn award ceremony. By decree of the Acting Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the medal “For Bravery” IV degree, as well as the medal of the Investigative Committee of Russia “Courage and Courage” were posthumously awarded to the Deputy Head of the Military Investigative Department. Department for the Joint Grouping of Troops (Forces), Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Yevgeny Aleksandrovich Rybakov, who died at the time of the execution of official duties in Donetsk. The chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia and the head of the DPR Representative Office presented the award to the widow of the deceased, Anastasia Leonidovna Rybakova.
Also, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia presented the Order of Honor to the head of the investigative department of the Astrakhan region, Lieutenant General of Justice I.Sh. Mogushkov, who was awarded in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation for merits in strengthening the rule of law, protecting the rights and interests of citizens, for many years of conscientious work. Several heads of territorial research departments in the regions, as well as the central office of the department, in accordance with the decree of the President of Russia, were awarded medals of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, II degree, as well as medals of the Committee on Investigation of the Russian Federation.
