He also clarified that this measure of support for scientific personnel is the most in demand, for which an additional billion rubles were allocated to it last year from the federal budget.
Chernyshenko stressed the importance of developing science in the country in order to achieve technological sovereignty. “We need to be in a competitive environment, constantly push ourselves to ensure that our developments are the most advanced. At the same time, intellectual property and all patents must remain in our hands,” he said.
According to him, the ability to scale own technologies and commercialize them is technological sovereignty.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted that 900 scientific laboratories will be created in Russia, which will be headed by young scientists.
