In its elaboration they do not use heavy machinery, but they do it in an artisanal way, one by one. In addition, they do not include additives such as dyes, aromas or preservatives that can modify their appearance or their original smell.

Seeing that this sector was quite successful during the pandemic, the two founders imagined these Instagrammable churros. Together with two gastronomic advisors, they developed an original formula to make a churro dough that is cooked in a waffle iron. So you don’t need oil to fry them. Fats are reduced and they are lighter. Plus, they’re covered in sauces, toppings, and ice cream like Oreo and Kinder Bueno.
