This prediction at the World Economic Forum that opened in Davos was made on the first day of work by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. Well, why not Cassandra von der? .. The only difference is that Cassandra predicted trouble, sure that it would happen, and Ursula “hopes” that the Russian economy, as they said about capitalism under the Soviet regime, “collapse”.

Do you feel the difference between the confidence of the formidable fortune teller and the self-confidence of the EU head of government? And at the same time, is there a similarity between the dreams of the prime minister of all Europe and one of the general secretaries of the CPSU, who wanted to “bury” capitalism? The result of the dreams of the second is well known. It seems that the dreams of the former will also come true with the same inevitability.
But in the words of the President of the European Commission, another message is clearly read – the administrator of the house of Soviet classical comedy, who threatened: “If you don’t take it, we will turn off the gas!” That is, if he does not want to submit to our will, he will crawl on his belly … How is gas different from “critical” technologies in this case? The monopoly here and there is obvious. And the desire to use it to coerce dissidents. The only thing is that the person in charge of the female article in the film came out better than the militant gynecologist at the helm of the European Commission. It’s a matter of taste though…
Ursula von der Leyen’s anti-Russian fuse was picked up by Polish President Andrzej Duda, who, in his Davos speech, called for the creation of a coalition of Western countries to supply Kyiv with armored vehicles. Here immediately a stupid question pops into my head: does Duda understand what kind of party she came to? After all, the World Forum, as its organizers have always said, is about global problems that must be solved together. Like the environmental threat and the “green” economy, global financial turmoil, the contours of the world to come, and who and how will manage it. And here is Duda with his “international union of countries that have Leopard tanks to supply them to Kyiv.” Or for Duda, as for a mouse, there is no beast worse than a cat (Russia)? But this is no longer universalism and globalism, but pure militant herd instinct of patented Polish Russophobia.

But you can’t argue with anything: when a topic becomes smaller or they begin to manipulate it so that the ears of the parties stick out immediately behind “globalism”, then this is a sure sign of decay and degradation. And the organizers can be arbitrarily proud of the fact that more than 2,700 people will attend the actual forum, the full character of the party in Davos is obvious. There are no Russians there, of course. The Chinese are also generally ignorant of it. Even Biden did not have the honor of coming at such a crucial time for the West. Here Duda is puffing.
But once we were firmly convinced that Davos is a salon of Anna Pavlovna Scherer, into which if someone does not enter, they can immediately hang political skates on a nail. There were times when even the main Russian communist Zyuganov was taken there to the “bride”, when it was still assumed that Yeltsin might not be able to achieve a second term. But in recent years, somehow, the “steepness” of this forum has become clearly inferior even to the modest Swiss mountains. Yes, and in the list of “big decisions” Davos – a big void. Neither the crisis of 2008, nor that of 2012, the promoted experts of the forum did not notice in time. True, someone believes that their task is completely different – to plan and provoke crises in such a way that the globalist elite squeezes the most out of them.
As is now obvious, this is exactly what happened with the coronovirus pandemic. For whom it is a pan-epidemic, for whom – a drop of money from heaven. The trillions injected into the US and Europe under the pretext of saving the economy during the pandemic, as is now obvious, enriched the super-rich and dramatically increased the number of poor.
“As billionaires, government leaders and corporate executives rush to meet on their mountaintop in Davos, Switzerland, the world faces a dramatic, dangerous and devastating series of simultaneous crises,” says a newly released report by the international Oxfam Foundation. There we also find the following statement, which shows the cynical hypocrisy of the Davos fighters for the “ecological salvation” of the Earth: “The richest contribute the most to climate deterioration: a billionaire emits a million times more carbon than the average person, and billionaires are twice as likely as the average investor to invest in polluting industries. There’s no arguing with this: billionaire participants fly to Davos on their own planes, travel in personal helicopters, leaving a carbon footprint that the poor will not create in their lifetimes.
So the World Economic Forum has turned into nothing more than a stream, where the assembled globalist “grouses” from all over the world are ready to listen only to themselves and make decisions exclusively in their favor. And now they also perform martial dances, seeing that the actual events deviated significantly from the script they wrote.
