“Today, Polish leopards have already reached Ukraine,” he was quoted as saying by TASS.
It was previously reported that 14 Polish, four Canadian, eight Norwegian, modified for use in cold weather, and four Spanish Leopard 2s are expected to be delivered to Ukraine by the end of April.
Germany previously approved the delivery of another 178 Leopard 1 tanks, but due to poor condition, the transfer of these vehicles may be delayed until 2024.
