The conditions for obtaining, Gavrilov added, are set by the subjects of the federation on their own.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian regions will have the right to establish a list of professions, giving their representatives the right to receive land free of charge.
The lands that are state or municipal property will be subject to distribution. Representatives of professions from the approved list will be able to receive them for the construction of individual housing or personal subsidiary agriculture.
