As specified in the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Office of Ukraine (NABI) detained Lozinsky after the searches. The agency “provides full cooperation with the investigation,” the press service said on the official Facebook page of the ministry (owned by Meta, a company recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
It is specified that in connection with the incident, Lozinsky will be removed from his post.
According to Strana.ua, we are talking about embezzlement of budget funds, and the case itself is being investigated under Art. 364 and 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on abuse of power or official position, which entails serious consequences, and on illegal benefits for an official.
