“For the first time this year, we ensured the implementation of road activities worth 1.7 trillion rubles from the federal budget, including funds from the National Welfare Fund, of which more than 430 billion rubles were allocated to support regions,” he stressed in a meeting with Prime Minister Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
All this financing made it possible to build and rebuild more than 1,200 kilometers of roads in 2022, and nearly 30,000 kilometers of federal and regional roads were brought into regulatory status.
