To do this, the suspect took detailed photographs of the place and object of the sabotage, outlined the escape routes. He coordinated all of his plans with the client.
Investigators identified the person and arrested the defendant. At the moment, both criminal cases are merged into a single process.
“The man has been charged with the second episode of preparing for sabotage, the issue of choosing a restraining measure in the form of detention against him is being decided,” the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee said in a statement.
