Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee of the Forum, said: “The demand for a format in which all citizens can openly present their ideas aimed at improving the life of society and the economy of the country, and receiving the necessary support from companies and the government, was demonstrated in the previous forums “Strong ideas for a new time”. This year the Forum will be held for the third time, the dates of its completion are June 29 and 30. We hope that this time the citizens will show great activity and offer their ideas”.
The event is organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation. The main objective of the Forum is to support socially significant civil initiatives and projects aimed at achieving the national development objectives of the country.
Ideas will be collected on the permanent collective platform ideas.roscongress.org, which was created in 2020 at the initiative of the Roscongress Foundation and ASI. The start of the collection of ideas is planned for February 2023.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 899 of December 8, 2022, the Forum is held annually.
Recall that the first Strong Ideas for a New Time forum was held in November 2020, the second forum in July 2022. For three years, more than 300,000 people from 85 regions have registered on the massive platform, 35 publications have been published thousand ideas. The authors of the top ideas received invitations to the face-to-face part of the 2020 and 2022 forums. The authors personally presented 20 ideas with the maximum potential for society and the economy to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
Now ASI and the Roscongress Foundation support ideas through a network of partners from federal and regional authorities, development institutions, companies and NGOs, that is, organizations that are interested in implementing projects and initiatives. The authors of ideas and initiatives are assisted in the elimination of administrative barriers, with the search for financing and promotion at an international level. Regional management teams also work with projects.
