According to Khabarovsk Airport JSC, flights are scheduled twice a week: on Tuesdays and Saturdays. A Boeing 737-800, designed for 158 passengers, will be used on this route. There are twenty seats in business class, the rest in economy class.
Direct flights from Khabarovsk to Hainan Island were halted with the arrival of the coronavirus. The last time the plane flew on this route was in January 2020.
“The launch of the direct flights program from Khabarovsk International Airport to Hainan Island is a long-awaited event for many residents of the Far East. This direction has always enjoyed well-deserved popularity among our passengers,” said Yuri Kondratchik, General Director of the airline JSC Khabarovsk International Airport.
