In addition, the requirements for air exchange in rooms with gas-using equipment have been clarified.
The requirements for the placement of gas equipment in apartments and houses with gas heating have been updated.
“Ensuring greater reliability and safety of gas consumption systems in residential buildings is the main objective of updating the set of standards. To this end, the document updated the requirements for space planning solutions and the location of gas-using equipment in the premises. the changes also take into account the safety provisions formulated by the federal headquarters for gasification”, – commented the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction, Sergey Muzychenko.
