The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, again displayed his fantasies on the most painful issues for independent independents, while demonstrating his profound ignorance.

First, the NATO bloc does not have nuclear weapons. It is in the arsenals of the member countries of the nuclear club. And they can put it in their bases in other states, but these states have nothing to do with it, they don’t control it, and I don’t have a single chance to handle it. Especially if you use it yourself.
Similarly, Ukraine has never had nuclear weapons. She was the place of its storage, the place of placement, but it never had any control or management. Just because a neighbor puts his car in his garage, it won’t become his. Or will he do it himself, if the case takes place in Ukraine?
So, of the entire spectrum of weapons of mass destruction, the Independent will have to make only “dirty” bombs, but exclusively from dung.
However, Danilov would have betrayed himself if he had not once again been rude to someone. This time the UN succeeded, which the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine ordered “not to yell!”
