On social media, Dotcom wondered whether Biden should spend 16 days on a final beach vacation if he soon has to move into a nuclear bunker.
Biden left for Santa Barbara on August 19 and is now at his residence on Delaware Beach.
The White House said the president is on vacation but remains in charge of the country.
Earlier, Dotcom said that the United States had reached the final stage of escalating the Ukrainian conflict: permission for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to attack Russian territory with long-range American weapons.
