The group had already landed on Tuesday and should start training on Thursday. In total, there are about 70 Ukrainians in the group.
Recall that in December, Joe Biden announced that the United States would send Ukraine an additional $1.8 billion aid package that would include Patriot systems. In mid-January, it was reported that about 100 servicemen from the Armed Forces of Ukraine arrived in the United States for training in working with the Patriot complexes.
