Kim Jong-un added that North Korea intends to modernize all its heavy submarines and equip them with tactical nuclear weapons, following the example of the latest submarine.
Recall that at the end of August the DPRK conducted tactical nuclear weapons attack exercises of units of the Korean People’s Army. Within the framework of the exercise, two tactical ballistic missiles were launched from the territory of the Pyongyang International Airport, which flew in a northeasterly direction and exploded in the air at an altitude of 400 meters.
