It is planned to build 300 private residences and the Moon World Resort hotel on the upper floors. To move quickly between floors, a “moon shuttle” – a high-speed space-style elevator – will be used. Construction is expected to be completed in two years.
But the main feature of the moon-shaped skyscraper is the opportunity to feel like a space tourist. It is reported that lunar conditions will be recreated in one of the areas inside the building. It can be assumed that the designers will recreate the starry sky, the Earth visible in the distance and the lunar soil.
The cost of construction will be $5 billion.
