Today, January 13, users in Russia who added the project to their library received a “letter of happiness” in the mail. He happily announces that the game is removed from the player’s collection, and 0 rubles are returned to his account for this.
Judging by the messages on social networks, a similar situation arose with the players from Belarus.
The email does not state the reason for the forced “refund”. The decision is most likely connected with the refusal of the publisher Private Division to distribute the game on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The conclusion is obvious – this case can be safely added to the treasury of vivid examples that demonstrate not only the shortcomings of modern digital distribution, but also the lack of a certain decency.
