In addition, the Novosibirsk company FiberTrade (Future Technologies – FT), thanks to its participation in the national project, managed to halve the time of the production process and reduce the volume of ongoing work by 1.5 times.
According to the project director of the Federal Center for Competition (FCC) in the field of labor productivity, Alexander Bychkov, the Novosibirsk company entered the top five leading companies in terms of achieved effect.
The manufacturer supplies equipment to Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Tajikistan and other countries. During four years of export activity, the company sent abroad eight thousand units of products worth more than 470 thousand US dollars. During more than 12 years of operation, the company has produced and sold more than one million products.
The products are included in the Register of Industrial Products and the Unified Register of Russian Radio Electronic Products.
The company’s development plans include the development of its own base of electronic components. “We are working on the appearance in the market of domestic optical transmitters (TOSA) and receivers (ROSA), which work at speeds of 1 to 100 Gb,” the company says.
One of the leading manufacturers of modern radio-electronic equipment, JSC “Research Institute of Measuring Equipment – Radio Complexes named after AM Breigin” (Chelyabinsk), for six months of participation in the national project, accelerated the assembly of the body of the PS16-521M2 device by 40 percent. It is used in aviation to diagnose the current state of the aircraft. Now the body of the device is assembled not in 360 hours, but in 215. The number one manufacturer of chips in Russia, the Mikron (Moscow) plant, has accelerated the production of export products by a third. The company produces more than 750 types of products, which are used daily by millions of people in the country. In particular, the component base produced by Mikron is used in bank and transportation cards, compulsory health insurance policies, and international passports. It is also used in other industries.
