The American model Emily Ratajkowski has become the protagonist of the new Versace spring-summer 2023 advertising campaign. The collection was inspired by the words “slash”, “impulsive”, “improved” and “goth”, writes Hypebae.
“The Versace woman is strong, determined, always the leader of the pack. This season I see it in black or in bright colors”, said Donatella Versace.
For the photo shoot, Ratajkowski tried on a purple dress with a low-cut leg, which, thanks to the combination with a matching veil, gloves and stilettos, turns into a wedding dress.
The collection also includes a leather jacket, studded skirts, cargo pants, Greca Goddess bags in a new color palette. The outfit is complemented with platform shoes and pointed toe knee-high boots.
Previously, Emily Ratajkowski became the face of Viktor & Rolf’s most popular women’s fragrance, Flowerbomb. Starting in January 2023, she will regularly appear in promotions for the perfume, which was first introduced 18 years ago.
