Fall Out Boy has announced his first studio album in five years. The record was called “So Much (for) Stardust”. The musicians also released a video for the new song “Love From the Other Side”.
In the video, bassist Pete Wentz, in old man form, tells his granddaughter a bedtime story. He says that the Fall Out Boy group lives in the remote village of Vinetkaland. All the participants dream of is to go beyond their limits. However, the town’s mayor hates his job and sends the musicians on an entirely different sinister journey.
“Love From the Other Side” is the first official single from Fall Out Boy in over three years. He will appear in the upcoming So Much (for) Stardust sequel to Mania. It will be released on March 24.
“We wanted to make a record with love, consideration and patience, as if someone had prepared a gourmet meal for you. I’m not a very proud guy, but I’m very proud of this record,” Patrick Stump said.
Previously, the British rock band Led Zeppelin released a concert recording from 2007. It was called Celebration Day and was dedicated to the memory of music producer Ahmet Ertegan. The video was posted in honor of the show’s fifteenth anniversary.
