On July 11, Dick Sundevall, a crime writer, reporter, director, screenwriter and television presenter, died in a traffic accident. The death of the 78-year-old Swedish author was reported to the media by his children.
Dick Gustav Sundevall was born in 1946. From 1967, i.e. from the time of its foundation, he was one of the leading actors of the then Kommunistiska Förbundet Marxist-Leninisterna, KFML, one of the ideologically extremely controversial Swedish communist parties.
He studied photography in Stockholm. In 1979 he submitted documents to the Academy of Journalism. In the 1980s he ran a company producing corporate and educational videos.
In the 1990s he focused entirely on crime journalism, including for television. He was the creator and editor-in-chief of the online magazine Magasinet Paragraf. Author of a dozen books, the first of which was published in 1994. Winner of numerous awards and nominations.
