In this sense, the FAS suggested that the market reconsider aspects of cooperation with sellers, providing more transparent conditions for interaction. As explained by the FAS press service, after the meeting, Wildberries developed new mechanisms for working on the site.
In particular, a complete system was developed to measure the dimensions of the packaging of the products. All measurements are carried out in several stages with the determination of the final result. In addition, a photo fixing system was introduced with automatic sending of measurements to the seller’s personal account. In addition, automatic resizing using special equipment is currently being tested.
Additionally, the seller can now contact Wildberries technical support until their issue is resolved. If necessary, a senior employee will join the dialogue.
In the near future, Wildberries promises to introduce a series of changes. Namely, to introduce a specification of the provisions of the offer (in particular, sections related to the financial conditions of cooperation with the market), as well as the translation of the structure of the document into the format of a sequential instruction, with a detailed indication of the seller’s actions in case of disagreement with the market.
In the first quarter of 2023, FAS Russia plans to hold a second meeting with Wildberries and consider the results of the work done.
Earlier, the FAS explained at what price to sell imported drugs to replace drugs leaving the Russian market. How the price should be set in such cases, the FAS explained using the example of Zoloft, an antidepressant drug popular among Russian patients, produced by the German company Pfizer. In the autumn, its deliveries to Russia ceased, and the supplier bought similar preparations with the same active ingredient “sertraline” from Indian manufacturers.
