Fendi, spring-summer 2023 haute couture collection

Kim Jones himself describes the new Fendi couture collection as follows: “It’s an inner world that becomes outer, literally and figuratively.” Bottom dresses are turning into evening dresses, only now things in the style of lingerie are made using haute couture techniques: handmade lace, embroidery with sequins and pearl flowers, a cascade of draperies, small folds. In various combinations, an imitation of the inner line can be seen, as if we have the wrong side in front of us. Even dainty dresses are accessorized with matching capes that are thrown over the shoulder or tied at the waist, like silk sheets.
