Sharon Stone celebrated her 65th birthday this year, but who will tell her her age? The ‘Basic Instinct’ star still loves to tease fans on social media by posting bikini pics. On the eve of the summer season, Sharon was photographed in a bathing suit and posted a racy photo on her page.
In the photo, the actress poses in front of a mirror taking a selfie in a green leopard print bikini by Dolce & Gabbana. Sharon took an advantageous position, which allowed her to show off both a flat stomach and buttocks without the slightest sign of cellulite. The actress is in great shape: slim, fit, without an ounce of excess weight. Such a shape at her age can only be envied, which the star’s subscribers did not fail to note in the comments.
“Ready to fly,” Sharon captioned the photo.

A year ago, Stone gave an interview to the WSJ magazine, in which he spoke in detail about how he manages to look so good. Sharon called her beauty secrets a fruit breakfast, swimming in the pool, sleeping eight hours a day, doing sit-ups and baths with arnica and Dead Sea salt.
“My favorite breakfast is watermelon with feta and mint, with olive oil, salt and pepper,” Sharon said. “And then I usually eat gluten-free toast and drink herbal tea.”
The actress does not go to the gym, but does her exercises at home.
“During the coronavirus pandemic, I started to invent and do different exercises. I think squats are very important. If you squat every day, you’ll really tighten your muscles, Stone says. “When he was young, he was a martial artist. I haven’t trained in decades, but I still enjoy throwing punches.”
He also swims a lot in the backyard pool of a Beverly Hills mansion he bought decades ago.
“I really enjoy swimming and I think the butterfly is a really great all-around exercise for me. I love doing planks and I have kids, so we have plank competitions to see who can last the longest… They can last half an hour,” said the star.
The actress loves taking baths, which help relieve fatigue and muscle pain.
“Last night my muscles ached a lot, my whole body ached, I had a headache and I bathed with Dead Sea salts and arnica. And it was very, very helpful. I often use herbs and teas as medicines. If I have an upset stomach, I drink tea with lemon, ginger, mint, and similar herbal infusions.”
And the actress always tries to get enough sleep.
“I need at least eight hours of sleep,” says Sharon.
