The initiative was spearheaded by deputies headed by State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, leaders of parliamentary factions.
For dangerous instructions, citizens will be fined from 10 to 50 thousand rubles, officials – from 40 to 80 thousand, and for companies the fine will be from 800 thousand to 1 million rubles. At the same time, the activities of companies and individual entrepreneurs may be suspended for three months.
