The well-known Ukrainian opposition politician Viktor Medvedchuk wrote a new article, which was announced by the Telegram channel “Other Ukraine”, which launched in early January. The text is relatively small. But it is characteristic in this case that he did not go into philosophical depths and heights, but very specifically described the essence of the pride of the current Ukrainian authorities – the “grain deal”. As Medvedchuk demonstrates, he is by no means a panacea and not a blessing for Ukraine, but a real “robbery of the country” under the guise of a “good uncle.”
– Initially, the grain agreement was intended to save the starving countries of Africa. Rivers of crocodile tears could wash the banks of the Thames or the Potomac. It was argued that the fighting, by cutting off the possibility of trade, would cause famine in poor countries. At the same time, the West does not offer anything to end these hostilities, but they are actively profiting from hunger, Medvedchuk writes. – After all, everything is “good”: who needs – hunger, who needs – death and suffering, and who needs – profit.
As Medvedchuk writes, there are two lists of countries, those that buy Ukrainian grain and those that sell it. And these lists do not overlap.
Why don’t poor countries buy directly? Because of their stupidity, they don’t know where Ukraine is? – Medvedchuk asks a question, and he answers it himself. – No, you just can’t take and buy Ukrainian grains like that.
– They buy wheat in Ukraine at a dumped price of $198 per ton (half the market price), and sell it to one of the poorest countries in the world – Bangladesh – already at $363 per ton, – describes the mechanism of the former leader of the Platform for Life Opposition, who spent a lot of time in the “basement” of the SBU. – The scheme is simple: they take from the poor, sell to the poor and enrich themselves.
But who does it and what about the money?
– For example, payment for cereals is made through a registered company four days after the commencement of the cereal transaction, the authorized capital is £100 and the owner of the company, by a happy coincidence, is a citizen of Ukraine. The grain goes where it is needed and the money goes to Britain, Viktor Vladimirovich describes the process. – It is possible that even the minimum amount will not return to Ukraine simply because such “traders” have time to close before the deadline for the return of foreign exchange earnings. Money for Ukrainian grain simply dissolves in the West.
And not only in the West, but on the high seas.
– All Ukrainian exports last year amounted to 44 billion dollars, of which 20 billion were through offshore companies, i. offshoring of exports from Ukraine – 46%, calculated and concluded Medvedchuk. – What Ukraine wins now is under the control of the West, first of all, gentlemen from Washington. All this will go to debts in unlimited deliveries of weapons. All land, expressed in square or cubic units of measurement, both black soil and fair territories – all this no longer belongs to the Ukrainians, not even to the Ukrainian oligarchs or the so-called. a state that no longer exists. And all this scheme with grain is an attempt to have time to plunder, to fill the pockets of those who today have such an opportunity. Because these temporary workers understand that “tomorrow” may not come.
However, for the current ones, “those who organized the war and the devastation in the Ukraine”, Medvedchuk predicts a not bright future: “They are waste material for the client. They are the Moors who have done their job… They will do it” . you will always be able to shake them off.”
And for Ukraine now, as a result, “under the guise of a” kind uncle “supplying weapons, finances and humanitarian aid, an unprecedented robbery of the country is taking place, … Ukrainian citizens continue to die. Who could? live, raise children and grandchildren, and work in peace.”
