Earlier, the EU countries agreed on a joint purchase of artillery ammunition for Ukraine, but disagreements arose at the stage of discussing the details. The main question is whether it is possible to purchase ammunition from third countries for this purpose, or whether it is necessary to limit ourselves to manufacturers from the member states of the European Union. France, one of Europe’s largest arms producers, is expected to prefer the latter option.
