“Women in Russia have been able to remain ladies,” the politician shared at the Eurasian Women’s Forum.
Kneissl said she has always been surprised by women who work in mining or as bus drivers and are still women.
“If you come to a German or Austrian company, you will see this kind of ‘Angela Merkel’, a woman who has, to a certain extent, become a man,” she said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that women know a secret unknown to men: how to combine success at work, caring for the family and the ability to remain beautiful and gentle. The Head of State noted that many women achieve success in their profession and at the same time are guardians of the family hearth.
