“It is necessary to cooperate with the African continent, and now there is such an approach as leniency towards African states. Many international organizations, including the UN, had a focus like charity. It should be something different. It is necessary to put obligations in the foreground, that is, focus on helping. It has to be productive,” Kneissl said. He stressed that Russia has this understanding.
Kneissl also noted the importance of cooperation with Africa in a wide range of areas: nuclear energy, education, rail transport, mining.
