During the first meeting, the court agreed to the investigator’s request to extend the preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions for Rakova and Zuev for 6 months, until August 21.
Recall that in November last year, Marina Rakova was released from the pre-trial detention center. As an additional preventive measure, the prohibition of certain actions was chosen.
Rakova was detained and arrested in October 2021. She is charged with three counts of multi-million dollar fraud with funds from the Foundation for the Development of New Forms of Education, which she previously headed.
