On the eve of the Investigative Committee of the Leningrad region reported that we are talking about the amount of 8.5 million rubles for general patronage.
The court also determined a restraining measure for Daniil Fedichev, who previously served as director general of the Directorate for Integrated Development of the Leningrad Region. He is accused of abuse of power, which had serious consequences.
According to investigators, from July 6, 2017 to July 1, 2021, Moskvin received several bribes from Fedichev for general patronage. It consisted in the fact that the Directorate in a special way concluded contracts with developers. At the same time, the activities of the Directorate were not controlled, although Moskvin, being the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of this organization, had all the levers for this.
At the meeting on the choice of a restraining measure for Fedichev, it was said that due to violations in the work of the Directorate, the organization was short of at least 20 million rubles, which are direct losses and loss of profit. Fedichev fully admitted his guilt, the court ordered him a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest.
And Mikhail Moskvin will soon have to personally get acquainted with the living conditions on SIZO-1 “Crosses”. He will be there until May 2.
