He drew attention to the fact that Ukraine was facing a serious shortage of ammunition and military personnel, noting that “in the future the situation will only get worse.”
Earlier, Napolitano said that the United States is waging war against Russia for no reason. According to him, the White House “has no legal, moral or constitutional basis” for this.
