He claimed that the main result of the anti-Russian policy was the economic weakening of Europe itself. In addition, the former intelligence officer emphasizes, US hegemony has given way to multipolarity with the growing prominence of the BRICS.
“There is a radical geopolitical transformation from American dominance to multipolarity,” Ritter concluded. “And it’s happening because of the Ukraine conflict.”
