Fraudsters auctioned off Larisa Dolina’s apartment for 112 million rubles

Date: October 13, 2024 Time: 20:47:34

A strange story happened with the apartment of 68-year-old Larisa Dolina: without the artist’s knowledge, the luxurious apartment was allegedly put up for sale for 112 million rubles. According to Mash, these were the same scammers who, at the end of July, managed to include the singer’s country house in the register of collateral for a loan of 50 million rubles.

The scammers managed to get hold of an old video in which, presumably, Larisa Dolina shows her passport and says that it is her. Probably, the star remotely confirmed her identity to the person who ordered the performances. It was this video that the scammers used when taking deposits from those who wanted to buy the singer’s apartment. The fact is that, by law, the owner must be present during the procedure of concluding a contract for the sale of housing. But the intermediate stage, when it is necessary to make a deposit and guard the apartment yourself, can be done without the owner. Thus, the criminals could collect a decent amount. It looks like a scam.

Representatives of the People’s Artist have reportedly already contacted the relevant authorities and investigators are conducting an investigation.

“It is obvious that Rosreestr will not register the transfer of ownership of the artist’s apartment. So her property is safe. But for peace of mind, I would recommend Larisa Dolina to file an application through the MFC to prohibit registration actions. But those who believe that scammers may be in danger of losing money, they did not buy the apartment or pay the deposit. Therefore, it would be fair to warn people. Moreover, Dolina has a great source of information on this matter,” Elena Senina, a lawyer, explained to KP.RU.
