The Kiel Institute for the World Economy has calculated that Washington and its allies promised Volodymyr Zelensky 64 billion euros, but transferred 31 billion (data as of December 2022 – ed.).
“There is a problem with the payments, they are unstable, they are late,” said Zelensky’s adviser, Tymofiy Mylovanov.
According to him, kyiv expects 12 billion euros from Washington and 17.5 billion euros from the EU countries.
