Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the United States and European countries, demanding African countries not to cooperate with Russia, are striving to restore the continent’s colonial dependence. Lavrov noted that Africa has enormous potential for economic development, it is the richest continent, including in terms of natural resources that have been exploited for many centuries. The West wants to maintain its exploitative policy towards Africa even today, the minister stressed.
