The star of the film “Silver Skates” and the series “The Last Axel”, 29-year-old actor Fyodor Fedotov married actress Anastasia Gribova in May 2021. Recently, his wife announced that she was trying to divorce the actor, but he prevented her in every possible way.
“I wanted to wait for the divorce and finally breathe freely. But it doesn’t work. There is no more strength to fight injustice and lies… On December 15, our relationship with Fedya ended abruptly. I filed for divorce almost immediately,” Gribova wrote.
In her lengthy message, she called Fedor an abuser and accused him of cheating. According to the girl, the actor has not granted her a divorce for nine months.
“During the first two meetings, his lawyer insisted that her ward “wants to save his family.” Very touching, I agree. But it is completely false. And how? Besides, Fedya has been living his personal life freely for a long time. Please, I will not interfere in any way. Speaking to KP.RU, lawyer Yana Teplyakova said that divorce is a fairly quick process. It is considered by the district court judge if there are common children and there are no other disputes, for example, over alimony and division of property.
“Normally, the court offers the possibility of family conciliation in any circumstances, from one to three months. The moment of termination of the marriage relationship is important. And they do not always end from the moment the claim is filed. It often happens that people have not lived together for a long time.
But the court must indicate from what date the marriage ended. And in this case, if there is a dispute about the date, then the trial can be prolonged: the court gives the parties the opportunity and time to present evidence of their position, sometimes it is necessary to call witnesses and present some documents. Firstly, this date is necessary so that the certificate can write something in it. Secondly, it affects the division of property: what was acquired before this date is divided, so disputes can arise here,” the lawyer explained.
Psychologist Margarita Alekseeva carefully studied Anastasia Gribova’s heartbreaking post and her social network as a whole. And she concluded: for now, it is most likely that the wife of actor Fedotov is telling the truth.
“I see no reason to doubt her sincerity. Firstly, even judging by her Internet pages, she is not some kind of socialite with an audience of thousands of people. It makes no sense for her to reveal details of her personal life, her divorce or the clarification of a child’s rights in order to draw attention to herself with such information. Secondly, she tells all this after most of the events have already happened. If this were an attention-grabbing story, then we would be watching the conflict in real time,” the expert noted.
Alekseeva added that the text was written calmly, even though Gribova’s emotions are clear between the lines. This is another argument in favour of not trying to publicise the divorce.
“Everything is presented calmly and coherently. This evokes sympathy, because after all, she is a woman with a small child. No matter how rich the family was or how famous the husband was, in these situations the woman always remains in a very vulnerable position. There is nothing here to doubt that the story is true. It is clear that she is not trying to manipulate her modest audience.
The text shows that the person is in a state of moral exhaustion. Because when we are in active emotions, angry or upset, we speak in short sentences. When a person sits down and writes a text of several pages, it means that he still does not understand how everything happened and why. Therefore, there are no demands, no claims, no accusations. All that is read is a request to leave him alone,” Margarita Alekseeva is sure.
