The new educational pilot project is designed for oil and gas workers who need a retraining course or advanced training, as well as students of technical schools studying in these specialties.
Methodological materials were developed, training programs were drawn up, training for teachers of the technical school was carried out at the production facilities of Gazpromneft-Vostok, funds were allocated for the purchase of overalls and personal protective equipment necessary for students during classes practices. The result was a 72-hour program implemented in theoretical and practical formats. The first demonstration test showed that the students had mastered all the necessary skills.
