The only granddaughter of legendary actress Lyudmila Gurchenko, 39-year-old Elena Koroleva lives a far from glamorous life. Previously, she Elena she worked on television as an editor on a talk show. Lena was betrayed by a man, she lost her baby in the third month of pregnancy due to nervousness,-Prokhor Chaliapin told Komsomolskaya Pravda. – Coincidentally, Lena has experienced several tragedies recently. After divorcing her husband, she met a certain colonel at the dog-walking place. He is also a dog lover, and her romance began to spin. But then it turned out that the man was married. And when he found out that Lena was pregnant, he cynically left her. Lena wanted to keep the child, but unfortunately, there was a miscarriage. She lacked money, depression, she stopped leaving the house, she became a recluse.
Lena started a lot, she had no time for salons, and she and her daughter barely have enough money. I agreed with the stylist Roman Spektor and took Lena to her salon, paid for her hair and eyelash extensions. The transformation took more than five hours.
According to Chaliapin, after the work of stylists, Gurchenko’s granddaughter even got the characteristic look of her famous grandmother. And when the singer presented her with a pink coat, the girl finally cheered up.
– I just reminded Lena that she is not only a mother, but also a beautiful woman. I am sure that she will meet a man who will love her and take care of her, says Chaliapin.

Grandma’s dacha is not bought.
The queen has not yet found a new job, and in order to improve her financial situation, she is trying to sell the dacha.
– Money is still bad, so six months ago Lena put her grandmother’s dacha up for sale. But, alas, it is not for sale yet, – Prokhor Chaliapin told KP.
Let’s remember: the dacha in the village of Glagolevo was left to Elena as a legacy after the death of Lyudmila Gurchenko. A small plot in the suburbs of 10 acres and a modest cozy house of 150 square meters is Gurchenko’s only suburban property, in which she loved to spend her days off from filming and acting.
Realtors suggest that the actress’s cottage is not for sale, because now is not the most favorable time for such transactions.
– Lyudmila Gurchenko’s dacha has been up for sale for a long time, but they are in no hurry to buy it, – says real estate expert Milana Levchenko. – Most likely, the artist’s heiress will sell real estate at a price much higher than the market price. The condition of the house and especially the neglected plot requires good investments, therefore, when calculating how much money will have to be spent on repairs, investors simply pass by.
And finally, do not forget that in winter and spring these objects are rarely bought, which means that it is necessary to put them up for sale, as they say, in the season. But even in demand conditions, it’s important to price the home right. I think that now such a dacha can be sold for a maximum of 6-7 million rubles.

Lyudmila Gurchenko’s only daughter, Maria Koroleva, died in 2017. Maria’s bequest, an apartment in central Moscow and a country house in the Naro-Fominsk district, went to Gurchenko’s granddaughter Elena Koroleva and her father, Alexander Koroleva. Since then, father and daughter have been at war, unable to agree on who gets the property. Elena and her 15-year-old daughter Taisiya still live in her mother’s apartment. And her father, Alexander Korolev, is in the apartment of her new lover. According to Gurchenko’s granddaughter, her father concealed that he owns three more apartments in Moscow, which he rents out to tenants. One of the apartments, according to the Queen, was bought with the late actress’s money, which she sent to help her daughter and her family. But this became clear after the death of Gurchenko’s daughter, when Elena began to sue her father for her inheritance. She offered him to take the artist’s dacha, but her father did not agree.
In addition to giving her grandmother, Elena inherited the creative rights of the actress. These deductions are divided into three: for Gurchenko’s widower, Sergey Senin, for the actress’s granddaughter Elena Koroleva, and for her father, Alexander Korolyov.
Prokhor Chaliapin morally supported Gurchenko’s granddaughter after a miscarriage and brought her to the stylist Roman Spektr, who did Elena’s hair, and to the beauty teacher Jamilya Yermak – eyebrows and eyelashes.

– Elena does not want to make a house-museum out of the dacha, because she understands that in this case she will receive only a small percentage of investors, – says realtor Milana Levchenko. -But it was this option that would allow him not only to adequately resolve the issue of her inheritance, but also to perpetuate the memory of her famous grandmother.
