The “pink” fever literally took over the world! And all because on July 9 took place the world premiere of the film “Barbie” with Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling in the main roles. Pink instantly became a favorite color among designers, and influencers and bloggers rushed to shoot videos in the spirit of the famous doll. Even the neural network turned Russian celebrities into Barbie and Ken. But Tanya Tuzova, also known as Tanya Doll, wore pink long before she became mainstream. KP.RU learned how the Russian “Barbie” lives.
Tanya started getting involved in the wrist by accident. The first Barbie was given to her by her mother for six years.
“It was 1994, winter, cold. Then the first store where you could buy Barbie had just opened in Moscow. We went there, and I immediately noticed a doll with a flower on its head: it was 1992 and it was called Patries Changes Barbie. A little later, my Barbie needed Ken. By the way, my first Ken was dressed exactly like Ryan Gosling in the movie “Barbie”: a cowboy hat, black boots with spurs … The creators of the image, of course, tried and took into account the smallest details! Then I had a second doll and a second Ken, and then two children,” said Tanya Tuzova, 35, KP.RU.

Tanya played with dolls for quite some time. She had a pink house with Barbie even at a time when she was already dating guys. At the same time, Tuzova began to dress brightly and extravagantly: she wore pink dresses and bows on her head. The companions laughed at her, calling her strange… Tanya didn’t pay attention and continued to collect her favorite Barbies. The first doll cost only $5.

“And now its price is more than 1 million rubles,” Tanya shares with KP.RU. “To date, I have been collecting 12,000 dolls in my collection, which I have been collecting since I was 12 years old, and it is estimated at $2 million. I have very expensive and rare dolls. For example, two Barbies from 1959 in perfect condition, in boxes and outfits, each cost 1.5 million rubles. There are dolls for 500 and 800,000 rubles! 9000 pieces of Barbie are stored in my museum, and 3000 are in the pink apartment. I buy dolls everywhere: on American websites, auctions, while traveling around the world. I also have a pink fleet. I started repainting cars this color long before bloggers.

Outwardly, Tuzova is also very doll-like: pink suits, a chiseled figure, huge eyes, long blond hair. According to Tanya, unlike other Barbie fans, she didn’t remodel. Of the operations, she only enlarged her breasts, which she does not hide. Tanya grows her hair, paints her eyes and maintains a slim figure with the help of nutrition.

Tuzova has two higher educations: music (piano teacher), as well as a diploma in public relations. But her favorite dolls bring her income. Tuzova has long monetized an unusual hobby, earning both a pink apartment and cars.

“I’ve been developing social networks for a long time, from which a lot of people learned about me,” Tuzova continues. – I launched my own clothing brand, which I called “Tanya Doll”. I have projections for my own songs. Yes, I sing too, and yes, all the songs are about Barbie. In addition, I shot my own cartoon, which also went to the audience. I also have the hobby of dressing stars in Barbie, so I transformed Sergei Zverev and Anastasia Volochkova.

The future husband drew attention to Tanya precisely because of her bright image. The Russian “Barbie” immediately spoke of a very old hobby. The husband does not live in Tanya’s pink apartment. They also have a common living space, which is located next door.
“My husband supports my hobby and even participates in the purchase of some rare dolls. As a businessman, he has his own network of clinics, he understands that these dolls are growing in price every year. And after the movie ‘Barbie’ we are sure that its cost will simply skyrocket!” said Tuzova.
