I imagined how the President looked at the text of the Address. And there – for 4 hours! So he took the scissors, once, cut this whole section down.

Since the Yeltsin era, he used to bring a pamphlet from the Kremlin the day before, which Boris Nikolayevich read the next morning.
And now the press service tells me: we will listen to each other, there will be a lot of improvisations. We’ll figure it out ourselves. And you, like, figure yourself out.
