On Tverskoy Boulevard, the opening of a new French restaurant by Andrey Dellos “Shanoir” took place. The menu includes truffle camembert with persimmons and dandelion honey, beef tartare, Russian salad, chicken with corn, artichokes with lemon mayonnaise, pate en croute, onion soup, foie gras torch, turnip cabbage rolls with crab, coc-o-van and as desserts, of course, creme brulee, “Paris-Brest” and quince tarte tatin with eucalyptus ice cream.
The group “Elena and the boys” was in charge of the musical atmosphere of the evening.
