Not much rainfall is expected in the central Black Earth region, on the Black Sea coast and in Crimea. There will not be much rain in the north of the Volga region, in the Komi and Arkhangelsk regions. But in the south of the Urals it rains.

But bad weather reached the Volga region and the Urals with rain, snow and hurricane winds. Spring there is still slowing down. On March 29, precipitation will practically cease, only light snow will fall in some places, and the wind will subside. On March 28, heavy snow will cover the Sverdlovsk region, and in the evening heavy snow will also fall in the Perm Territory. The wind will increase to 17 m/s.
An active Siberian cyclone is approaching the southwestern regions of the Far East. In Buryatia, Transbaikalia, the southwestern part of Yakutia, as well as in the Amur region, Primorye and Khabarovsk, precipitation is forecast, heavy in places, wind gusts of 15 to 20 m/s, in Transbaikalia up to 20 to 25 m. /s, snow storms in some areas and ice.
