Throughout the summer our gastronomic observer Yulia Susova is part of the LETO.BURO project. I asked friends in the newsroom about food in the broad sense of the word and at the end of the season and the project I decided to answer the questions personally.

I love Paris madly, that’s why my establishments are also there. For example, Chez L’Ami Louis, Sugaar and Bistrot de Tournelles. I highly recommend all three.

Bar Xander in St. Petersburg – for the special intimate atmosphere and aesthetics of hotel bars. There is a special romance here.

FAVORITE DISH ON DELIVERY:
Interestingly, I often order the Teremok base: buckwheat, chicken breast and cabbage salad. Or I do compulsive night shopping in Yandex Shop (I’m glad this happens very rarely).
COUNTRY – GASTRONOMIC POINT:
Of course, France! The hedonism of the French and their ability to enjoy the process is absolute love. Favorite food: apero: cheeses and snacks with a glass of champagne before dinner in pleasant company. What could be better and more romantic?
WHERE TO HAVE BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER IN MOSCOW:
One of the most difficult questions for a person who deals with gastronomy. Let’s do this: I’ll spend the morning at the Rockets Concept, Probka, Verd or CuttaCutta store; day or weekend: at The Rink in Skolkovo, Meat Point or J’Pan, and an evening with great pleasure at Magnum Wine Bar, Sakhalin, Rico, Regent and Jun.

PERSONAL DIET RULES:
I start my morning with a glass of warm water with Beauty Spoon collagen. I even have a ritual: I go out to the balcony, drink some water slowly and at the same time look at the time.
I find it very difficult to do functional training, so I agreed with myself to diversify my routine. Now it’s dance classes, Pilates, horse riding and singing (yes, this works as well as any breathing meditation).
I am also an advisor, because if I see something delicious I can’t deny it. However, my priority is quality food, a minimum of fast food and a maximum of water.
I’m a matcha maniac and can’t go a day without drinking it. My last favorite combination is with pistachio milk.
I recently started practicing a fasting day once a week on the advice of my mother. He did it from his youth according to the method of Paul Bragg. The flight is normal.
CHAMPAGNE OR COCKTAILS:
Chilled champagne, of course. I love the game of bubbles (did you know there are almost 49 million in a bottle?), pretty glasses, stories of small wineries and the slow process.
PARTY OR COFFEE:
The choice is obvious.
I NEVER TRIED:
I’ve never tried herring! These are the oddities, but I haven’t eaten salt fish since I was a kid. Yes, and salted salmon is not a “never” either.
WHERE TO EAT AND DRINK THIS FALL:
I plan to go to the ENO Bistro in Skolkovo on the weekend, get dressed up and watch the classic Sakhalin sunset overlooking Moscow. New discoveries include “Teatro” (Alexandra Oganezova), Saray (Lucky Group), Abbe Bresserie (project of AB InBev Efes and Alexey Pinsky). I’m waiting for Nikkei IKURA (WRF), El Royal (Glen Ballis) and Historia (William Lamberti).
