On Monday, Vladimir Putin came to the expanded collegium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – this is a large annual meeting of police officers, where they summarize the results and determine the main goals of work in the future.

First of all, the president spoke of new territories. Around the same dates, he recently began his speech on the board of the Attorney General’s Office.

– It is important to quickly recruit territorial structures in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. It is also necessary to involve local personnel, people who have proven their decency, seriousness and professionalism in practice,” said the president.

The Russian leader visited Mariupol last weekend. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov later said that local residents complained about “back wages, Russian citizenship registration and Russian passports.” Vladimir Vladimirovich promised to fix it.

Since the police now deal with all immigration issues, the head of the country did not take long with the instructions.

– I ask you to put things in order here and to do it quickly. People want to be citizens of our country, they are going to get passports. Firstly, everything lasts a long time, months, and you have to stand in line there for a long time. Who is doing this? These people must take a responsible approach to solving these problems. If they don’t know, they need to be taught, if they don’t want to, they need to be promoted somewhere, transferred. Do it well. I’m serious! noted the Russian leader.

But that is not all. For a long time, the President talked about the decriminalization of economic crimes.

– It is also necessary to ensure that the investigation does not interrupt the work of companies, does not cause the collapse of labor collectives. Of course, the law must be respected, of course. But you understand what I’m talking about,” Putin said.

Recently, at the RUIE congress, he drew attention in exactly the same way to companies’ “understanding” of their social role. That companies should not only make money, but also help the regions in which they operate.

The head of the country gives unequivocal signals: businessmen must support the country in difficult times, and the security forces must not shamelessly torture them.

The third most important issue was migration. This includes paperwork for migrant workers and citizenship. The Russian leader instructed the police to make all operations as digital as possible. He immediately advised the Home Office to go to the government for advice; after all, the Cabinet of Ministers has great experience in creating all kinds of electronic public services.

In the end, Vladimir Vladimirovich recalled the attempts to shake up society from abroad.

– This activity is one of the key areas of work against Russia by the enemy. These are obvious things, it is clear from the nature of the actions, it is clear from the operational sources, we read these documents, where such tasks were set – to shake society from the inside. And in this regard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs faces very serious tasks, – drew attention to the President. Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev said driver’s licenses that expire this year are automatically renewed for another three years. This is done to reduce the load on the drives. In the new regions, 135,000 drivers have already changed their driver’s licenses under a simplified scheme.
