In 2025, the Archstoyanie festival will celebrate its 20th anniversary. The guest curator of the event will be Vasily Bychkov, CEO of the Expo-Park Exhibition Projects company and founder of the Moscow Arch architectural and design exhibition-forum.
Earlier, in the spring of 2024, it became known that Nikolai Polissky, an artist and founder of the Nikola-Lenivets art park and the Archstoyanie festival, would be the curator of the upcoming Moscow Arch.
“I would like the entire ecosystem of Archstoyaniya – its curators, authors, community, friends, admirers and visitors – to continue to think about itself in the framework of the theme “We” of 2024, inspired by the philosophy and energy of the festival. The most important thing for them is the festival, to think, realize, design for themselves, and in the anniversary year they brought a part of this to Archstoyanie,” Vasily Bychkov.
Every year, Archstoyanie is held under a specific theme, set by curator Anton Kochurkin. In addition to him, over the years the festival has featured guest curators: Oleg Kulik, Katya Bochavar and Richard Castelli.
Let us remind you that the “Arkhstoyanie” festival of landscape objects was held in the “Nikola-Lenivets” art park, the theme of which this year was “We”. The partner of the event was the urban district developer Forma.
