Eyewitnesses said half of the jetty, which housed a nightclub, was submerged. Some visitors left the facility in horror, standing in knee-deep water. Others climbed on tables and sofas.
Alloys are popular Belgrade clubs on the water, located on old jetties, river platforms or barges. From a legal point of view, they are not under any jurisdiction. At the same time, such establishments are extremely popular among local youth and tourists.
