Russian President Vladimir Putin recommended that the authorities of the Moscow Region, Crimea and Sevastopol adopt the appropriate legislative acts regulating the free granting of land to the heroes of a special military operation. We are talking about servicemen who received state awards for their services in the NMD and about the families of fallen heroes.

It is assumed that the construction of engineering networks, public roads to the sites will be carried out by the state.
Earlier, the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, assured that the procedure for the allocation of sites would be as simple as possible and minimally bureaucratic. Participants, disabled people and relatives of victims will need to submit an appropriate application and attach documents confirming the registration of participants in the NWO in Crimea at the time the operation began, as well as a document confirming participation in the NWO.
